Booking

• Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of valeting / detailing.

• Our detailing times are estimative only.

• We cannot guarantee exact times when accepting your booking as each vehicle may require more or less time to fulfil the valeting / detailing process.

Pricing

• A deposit could be requested (non-refundable if the cancelation notice is less than 72 hours). Our prices are based on the size, condition of the car and on the valeting / detailing service.

• Custom Detailing offers multiple services and we are committed to bring our finest work.

• We are very flexible regarding our services giving you the opportunity to spend the amount of money you want for your car.

Pre-service

• We will request to see the vehicle, some pictures, or videos before any service takes place; this will enable us to give you an estimated price for the service you select.

• During the initial vehicle inspection, if we find any items that are not working properly, scratched, cracked or broken, we will bring it to your attention, before any work is undertaken.

• Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, paint chips, fine lines and marks.

• When leaving the car with us, please make sure that you have at least ¼ of fuel in the tank.

• If the valeting / detailing service you require is less than £200, an additional fee of £20 on top of the service is charged for any pick-up / drop of a vehicle within 25 miles radius.

Service

• Alloy Wheels: While we try our best to provide impeccable cleaning services for alloy wheels, it’s important to note that there may be instances where the paint finish does not achieve a flawless appearance due to various factors like smart repair or damage occurred in the past.

• Leather: We take every precaution and utilize top-quality materials from leading suppliers to ensure the best results for leather restoration. However, in cases where seats have undergone poor quality repairs in the past, some degree of discolouration may be visible.

• Paintwork and Bodywork: Prior to conducting any machine polishing or paint correction, we meticulously assess the paint thickness to ensure a smooth process. Despite our efforts, if the vehicle has undergone substandard repainting, there is a possibility of sections appearing uneven or discoloured. We are committed to delivering high-quality services, but it’s important to acknowledge that certain factors beyond our control may impact the final outcome. By availing our services, you agree to accept these inherent risks associated with automotive refurbishment and restoration. Cancelation

• We require 72 hours’ notice to cancel any bookings of valeting / detailing services.

• Custom Detailing reserve the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to weather conditions and / or equipment failure without penalty to the company.

Payment

• Once a service is complete, full payment is required before the vehicle leaves our premises.

• In some cases we will allow the vehicle to leave our premises without payment being made, and you will receive within 24 hours the invoice for the valeting / detailing service.

• Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the date of issue.

• We currently accept: Card, Cash, Bank Transfer and Pay Pal payments.

Gyeon PPF Installation Disclaimer

Thank you for choosing Custom Detailing® for your vehicle detail. We really appreciate your custom! This is a disclaimer form with important information about your PPF installation.

This Gyeon PPF will aid the paintwork from the following

• Bird muck damaging the paint quickly

• Heavy contaminants clinging to the paint

• UV rays from sun damaging the paint

• Dirt/flies becoming baked onto the paint

• Light surface swirls caused by washing

• Stone chips

The Gyeon PPF now installed to your paint will give you the following benefits

• A pre-installed 24 months ceramic coating

• SELF HEALING properties (swirl marks and light scratches)

• Extreme water beading

• Excellent self-cleaning properties

• High gloss

• Lasting shine

Payment and deposit

• To secure your booking, the price of the PPF has to be paid in FULL and is NOT REFUNDABLE!

• If you change your mind before the installation and the PPF is already ordered WE CAN’T GIVE YOU A REFUND!

GYEON PPF INFINITE WARRANTY

• Our Infinite Warranty is the first PPF warranty that gives your customer the freedom to choose how long their warranty lasts for. If they choose DIY maintenance it will last for 7 years, but if they choose professional maintenance then it will last for as long as they own their car. Regardless of which maintenance option your customer chooses, clear and honest maintenance rules apply

• Gyeon warrants that all of its PPF films will remain free of material defects (yellowing, bubbling and cracking) for the duration of the defined warranty periods, and that they will not lose their repellency or gloss for at least 2 years.

Please Note

• Any smart paint repairs can lift/peel during PPF installation and this is at your own risk!

• PPF is NOT perfection, PPF is Protection!

• During the installation, a very few bits of dust / debris can be under the film.

• We try our best to offer pre-cut sheets of Gyeon Paint Protection Film (PPF) for a wide range of vehicles. However, on some occasions, the specific design for your car model may not be currently available in the Gyeon database (especially older cars or modified cars). In these instances, we use high-quality bulk Gyeon PPF to ensure optimal protection for your vehicle. Our experienced PPF Installers are skilled in precisely trimming and customizing the bulk film to fit each panel on your car.

• Automatic car washes and hand car washes can damage the film.

• The warranty is void if you mistreat the film.

• The solution bubbles under the film will disappear over time. This process of drying is around 3 – 4 weeks in summer and between 6 – 8 weeks in winter time.

• During this drying process, you might notice some corners will peel / lift. This is a complete normal process for the PPF. Everything will be rectified by us on the first inspection of the car after the installation.

• If the PPF has noticeable installing defects (very unlikely) we will replace the panel free of charge (this is only on the first inspection of the car after installation).

What to Expect

• Coverage: Due to the customization required with bulk Gyeon PPF, coverage may range from 85% to 95%, depending on the design and complexity of the panels.

• Edge Protection: We will attempt to protect edges whenever possible. However, the final coverage may not always reach the very edge of the panel due to the unique contours of some vehicles.

Important!

• The vehicle must not be washed in the first 14 days

• Washing the vehicle within this time frame could compromise the integrity of the film.

• Gyeon PPF needs to be “serviced” every 24 months or 25k miles to achieve the best results.

The ceramic coating applied to your vehicle by our certified team has been chosen from one of biggest and most respected detailing suppliers in the world, GYEON QUARTZ. The level of protection now on your paintwork is the highest quality ceramic coating on the market today.

This coating will aid the protection from the following

• Bird muck damaging the paint quickly

• Heavy contaminants clinging to the paint

• UV rays from sun damaging the paint

• Dirt/flies becoming baked onto the paint

• Light surface swirls caused by washing

The ceramic coating now installed to your paint will give you the following benefits

• Extreme water beading

• Excellent self-cleaning properties

• Vehicle will stay cleaner for longer

• Repelling dirt and contaminants from the paint

Please Note

A ceramic coating is not designed to deflect stone chips but don’t worry, if you do get a small stone chip the coating will not peel. Ceramic coating bonds directly to the paint, this means it will wear out in years but it will NEVER peel.

Warranty

We do offer a warranty with all of our ceramic coating services. If you have received a 1-2 years coating or a 5 years coating, rest assured you are covered. As to be expected with any warranty there are limitations and conditions (for exemple: If the vehicle is regularly washed at a roadside car wash, we are unable to validate the warranty for the duration stated. This is simply because we do not know what chemicals and techniques they are using on the car. If you leave bird muck on the car for over 7 days the coating may begin to be compromised, therefore the warranty may also be compromised, This doesn’t mean we will not help you. We do realise oversights and mistakes sometimes happen. If you ever need help with anything to do with the coating, we are a phone call away. We do offer services, help and the best professional advice for you to get the most out of your investment into the ceramic coating. If you wish to book a maintenance plan with us and we’ll look after your car moving forward that can be arranged. You will be sent a direct link to our (maintenance) page on the website. This will instruct you on every step of maintaining the coating and the warranty. We will also be able to source you the materials to carry out a maintenance wash, should you wish to upkeep the vehicle yourself.)

Important!

• The vehicle must not be washed during the coating hardening process – 14 days

• Washing the vehicle within this time frame could compromise the integrity of the coating.

• Every coating need to be “serviced” every 24 months or 25k miles.
